All required paperwork and payment must be completed at the time of drop-off.
Customers must remain with their storage item until it has been placed in storage by staff. Items may not be dropped off for future placement.
All storage is a 1st come, 1st serve. No spots will be held.
PRICING
Indoor Storage - $60 per month
No Campers/RVs in Indoor Storage. Campers & RVs may be placed in Outdoor Storage only.

Outdoor Storage - $50 per month
- All outdoor storage opens September 14, 2025
All indoor and outdoor items must be removed by April 29, 2027.
CHECK-IN
Please check in with the Sioux Empire Fair Office during storage hours:
- Monday through Thursday, 9am - 4pm. Closed for lunch from 11:30am - 1pm.
- No storage items accepted Friday-Sunday.
CHECK-OUT
All items must be removed by April 29, 2027. Please visit the Fair Office for checkout. During checkout, you will be required to pay any remaining balance.
